The women’s ministry of FBC exists to equip women through a disciple-making community to be devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
Our Women's Ministry hold 3 core values that shape all that we do:
- God’s Word: First and foremost, we are driven by the truth of the Bible to lead and guide women to God. It is the supreme authority of all that we teach. (Deut 8:3, 2 Tim 3:16-17, Heb 4:12)
- Disciple-making community: We strive for a gospel-centered community that displays God’s love for one another through encouragement and accountability, points others to Jesus, and offers forgiveness when necessary. (1 Jn 3:11, Heb 12:1-2, Eph 4:32)
- Biblical equipping: God has designed specific roles for women in the home and the church, and it is the church’s responsibility, led by disciple-making community, to encourage and equip each woman in this calling (Gen 2:18-25, Eph 5:22-24, Titus 2:3-5)
